We are seeking qualified candidates for two Asphalt Rakers/operators on our Asphalt Construction Crew located in San Antonio, TX

Summary:

This is a Full Time, Seasonal position.

Crew member essential to application of asphalt on highways/private roadways/parking lots/driveways using handheld tools.  Must partner with other crew members to pave roadways per plan specifications and if need be, to perform tasks of other positions as instructed by crew foreman to insure daily schedules/estimates are met.

 

Requirements:

5 year minimum experienced asphalt Raking/operator. May be required to use power and/or hand tools needed to complete jobs within specifications. Must be able to adapt and work in extreme weather temperatures.

 

Attitude/cooperation:

Always maintaining a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers and public.  Frequent travel required Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes and time of shift changes.   Overtime, out of town/county/or state work may be required.  Ability to shovel and sweep designated area with attention to detail and emphasis on craftsmanship.

 

Education/Experience:

Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus.
